What To Do On a Rainy Day

As Hurricane Florence makes its way on the U.S.'s eastern border, we here in the Texas hill country are getting a great soak. I, for one, am very grateful for the rain. Living in the country, we rely on delicious well water for all of our needs and the more rain we have, the less I have to worry about running out of safe water.
We've had wet weather for over a week now so the kids have been really feeling cooped up and fights are at a high level. So, I decided that rain and mud was not going to kill us and we were going to have some fun; let off some steam. We had so much fun roaming around our property, getting wet, and playing in muddy puddles (said in a Peppa Pig accent).
